Highly Liquid Shipping Policy

Highly Liquid is an independent slow-fashion brand. All pieces are produced in small batches or handmade to order using limited materials. Because of this production process, shipping timelines may differ from traditional retail.

By placing an order with Highly Liquid, customers acknowledge and agree to the production and shipping timelines described below.

Processing & Production Times

Most Highly Liquid garments are made to order or produced in very small batches.

Typical production timelines are:

• Made-to-order items: Approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment
• Pre-order items: Approximately 6–8 weeks before shipment

Production timelines are clearly stated on product pages when items are listed as pre-order. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations between garments may occur.

Shipping Timeline

Orders ship once production is complete. After shipment, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped.

Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple items with different production timelines, items may ship separately as they become available. Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. Highly Liquid is not responsible for delays or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Customs processing may also extend delivery timelines.

Shipping Delays

Highly Liquid operates as a small-batch, slow-fashion brand, and many items are handmade or produced in limited production runs using deadstock fabrics and specialty materials.

Because of the nature of small-scale garment production and global supply chains, production timelines may occasionally shift due to circumstances outside of our direct control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Fabric sourcing delays
• Manufacturing or sewing delays
• Material availability
• Production quality control adjustments
• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs processing for international shipments
• General supply chain disruptions

While we aim to provide estimated production and shipping timelines whenever possible, these timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers who place orders for made-to-order or pre-order items acknowledge that production timelines may vary as garments move through the manufacturing process.

If an updated production timeline no longer works for a customer, we are always happy to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to shipment.
