There are some barely noticeable heat stains near the bottom right butterfly, but you can really barely see them at all. Additionally, there was a small printing mistake on the crescent moon design above the bats. See photos for details.
The dress measures 28.5 inches from the center of the bust to the bottom hem. The waist measures 12.5 inches across and the bust measures 14.5 inches across.
